Quiet Within

Chronic stress doesn’t stay in your head. It shows up in the body as muscle tension, digestive issues and slow recovery. Quiet Within is a gentle digital platform that explains these processes in clear, human language, without medical jargon or pressure.

Alongside the educational content, the platform offers calming games, three grounding tools and a curated Spotify playlist that supports nervous system regulation. Every decision, from colours to tone of voice, was made to feel warm, approachable and reassuring rather than overwhelming. I worked on research, web design and UX, ran the testing, and put together the production dossier.
